Flash Flood Warning issued April 7 at 10:18PM HST until April 8 at 12:15AM HST by NWS Honolulu HIAt 1018 PM HST, emergency management reported water over Hana Highway between Hana and Hamoa around 8 pm. Rainfall rates have been deceasing over the area and is now around 0.5 to 1.5 inches per hour. Water over the highway is receding. Another band of heavy showers southwest of Maui may increase showers again in the next couple of hours. Will continue to monitor for any additional heavy rain.
