A hardcover book resting on cement. The cover features an androgynous individual wearing a witch’s hat riding a motorcycle in the foreground. A cat sits behind the individual in the space for a second rider. The individual is riding away from the viewer, scattering envelopes in their wake.
In the background is the rider’s presumed destination: a village on a hill (which might also be the base of a mountain). The image is done in earth tones, ranging from sand to clay. The darkest colors (like the shadows and motorcycle tires) are black and navy.
The title of the book is printed in an italicized, san serif font in gold foil, at the top center and reads: Koriko: A Magical Year. The author’s name is printed in a rusty purple at the bottom of the cover: Jack Harrison.
2/ Instead of stitching, I have been working on my initial play through of Koriko: A Magical Year. This is a solo RPG, which uses d6 dice and Tarot cards to determine the story movements, and takes inspiration from Kiki’s Delivery Service.
