RCMP officers were called to the home at approximately 6:00 am, where they discovered David’s body. An autopsy later confirmed his death was a homicide. The official cause of death has not been publicly released. Law enforcement have learned that David had attended a house party at the residence on the evening of January 28th, 2009.

A sand castle built on an island (the water level went down since I started and it is more of a peninsula now 🤪) One large center spire with a white seagull feather for a flag on a square sand platform. The four corners of the platform have a small dome each. The central platform is walled in with four quarter circle walls. Between the quarter circle wall are two taller towers to the north and south, and on the east/west facing are two shorter square keeps each. Lining the outside of the wall are small clam(?) shells.

Immature bald eagle

Was working in the yard last weekend and had the feeling I was being watched. Looked up and saw this handsome fellow, an immature bald eagle, probably born last year. From the all eagle activity around our place I know there has to be a nest nearby, but haven't found it yet. #LakeManitoba #Birds 🪶
