Given myself a good coating of sunscreen. Time to get a run of 5-a-side in, to burn off yesterday's #lambageddon lunch.

Slightly delayed, but first round of #coffee had - with panettone. Dill sauce for the gravlax is made, risoni salad nearly completed. Bit of clean-up, then further coffee and final preparations (table setting, etc). #lambageddon

After 12 hours at 100°C, this shoulder is fall-apart tender. It's going to rest for a while. Meantime there's other preparation to do, including reducing the roasting juices down to a jus. #lambageddon

Woke to a house smelling of cumin and spices, which was pretty appetising. Got out for a couple of hours' #cycling - only just making it home having gotten a slow puncture. That forces my hand to get replacement tyres I reckon, and probably brakes too while I'm at the bike shop. #lambageddon
