She is covering her left (our right) eye with one of her head wings, while the other is wide open and crying. She has no mouth. There is a pattern indicating scales on her nose. On her arms, hips and thighs, and calves, there are patterns of downy feathers. Shr has a long, serpent tail, which ends in a point with two sets of very small wings. Her pose is very SWOOSHY, as if underwater, but also seems to be guarded and in pain.

Not really sure if any of the wings make sense, but I am going for "Biblically accurate angel who flies with divine power" rather than accurate for bird flying.
