I used to make wine, all kinds, fruit and flowers, mostly. Whatever non-toxic organic ingredients I foundin bulk, I would ferment. Snapdragon, quince, daisy zucchini. The best was a lilac wine where I added like 50% too much sugar. It was like a fairy nectar. Inspiration juice.
