This also means I don't line Jeff Bezos's pockets, and I'm one of the few. The only subscription I have, apart from my mobile account through Verizon, is a YouTube Premium subscription ALSO through Verizon (and I think HBO Max is included, too, actually, so I take back some of the smug) (so is Netflix, actually, lol)... Okay, it's becoming clear to me that I am part of the problem. But when I review stuff, I nearly always pirate it so that I can get screenshots other people can't or won't get and comment substantively on what I'm watching.

Now it's back to normal 😆

Stealing content to review from these evil megacorporations is both a political stance and an expedience. It allows me to cover whatever, not just the content on whatever I can afford to subscribe to.
