2026 is off to a great start.
Fridge broke down before Christmas while we were away.
Dishwasher broke down just after we got back.
So from tomorrow we're set with 2 brand new appliances in our kitchen. Ready for anything 2026 can throw at us.

I had such a busy and exciting month. Went on Tiana's Bayou Adventure with my fellow Imagineers, got a hug from Taboo at our first company Pow Wow for Native American Heritage Week, became an honorary godparent to the DCL Treasure, and found lovely new friends on Bluesky. 🫶🦋 #lookingonthebrightside
Couple of good things, though: I'll never pay for a brake pad again (Kwik-Fit offers a service whereby if you buy your pads from them once they get replaced free of charge for life), and I got a brake fluid change tossed in for free. So that's money saved. #lookingonthebrightside
