Beautifully illuminated Theodor-Heuss-Brücke in Mainz. The photo is taken so that the bridge starts at the right side of the frame, diagonally running across the photo towards the bottom left. On the left side of the picture some bright lights can be seen. This is obviously a night shot. The Luminale takes place every two years (with obvious interruptions recently due to Covid) parallel to the Building and Light Messe in Frankfurt. Over several days buildings and other landmarks such as bridges are illuminated beautifully, and some other shows are also organized, such as concerts in churches and such. It's any photographers dream for beutiful night photography!
