Hmm

Sunday: #ovulation
Monday: #luteal phase begins - a gentle easing into it, doesn’t feel too bad
Tuesday: feelings of DPDR although it’s gentle rn - defo feel DP settling in which is ok. It’s the DR aspect that frightens most
