a hand written journal entry that reads: 4-4-26 • Focus on what we can control: (keep in mind some parts will struggle more than others, Grace 💙) • Our priorities – hey sometime we could write out some system priorities? start opening that • Our habits – im gonna say our rituals • asking for help ✓ • how we talk to ourself (takes time) • how we treat others (but also don’t beat ourself up for bein little n self-absorbed, we show up for others in many ways) • our perspective 💙 unique 💙 • how we spend our time – eh somewhat, but dissociation & such • our attitude ▶ again, extra grace 4 littles, positive modeling? 💙✓
