This is the Autumn Olive, otherwise known as "Sparkleberry" and it is DELICIOUS
The trees produce a lot of small, red fruit with light speckles, or "sparkles" and taste of citrus, or pomegranate. Each tree is actually different! They can be eaten raw, but are often cooked down into jams, and I'll be making some apple cider with them!
