What is malt? This guy has the answers, explanations and plenty of science. Grains have a special and unique property. They can be easily transformed into #malt and #maltsugars. Liquid malt sugars can be fermented into ale or beer by yeast. Easy when you know how. 🏺🍻🧪

Bread or beer? What came first? Wild grains of barley and wheat were tiny, more husk than endorsperm. Better suited to make malt and malt sugars than flour for bread. Much easier too. Read all about it here! #malt #maltsugars Beer came later.
