A flower with a green stem that is holding the flower petals in a drooping manner with the petals being white in color and the middle of the flower being small streaks of orange and yellow with vibrant yellow stamens.

A gray crust like fungus with a lighter gray edge surrounding the fungus fruiting with several patches out of some decaying wood.

A brown squirrel with a fluffy brown tail, light brown belly, and grayish brown body sitting balanced on a broken piece of a stump while eating a part of a conifer cone. There is also some huckleberry plants in the background of the picture too.

A wet but brown beaver slightly emerging out of a pond and eating some sort of pond plant.

I got to see these wonderful things this last week. An Oregon Fawn-lily, Brittle Cinder Fungus, Douglas Squirrel, American Beaver.
