#MarketHalls runs the top floor food court at Victoria Station.

A couple of weeks ago, I witnessed an extremely aggressive employee being rude to a lot of customers, including having a stand-up row with a lone elderley women, of Asian heritage.

I've written to them twice and been ignored.
