It’s hard to say for sure on Ériu’s case, she lost few people in her life that it takes a while for her to recover bc they were so important to her
She’s learned to overcome the loss and move forward with her life, but the pain doesn’t necessarily go away in an instant :c

WAR bc I just don’t think the Inner Beast thing fits her (as someone who picked up DRK beforehand), so I written it as her inner darkness fighting her in questline—
