A message from our Chair: We're 20 days out from MCFC 2026! As I'm sure most of you know moving is never an easy process and for a convention it's no different! I'd like to take a moment to thank everyone for their patience and sticking with us while we got everything sorted. I know everyone's been yearning for schedules and layouts and all that other stuff that is kind of useful for planning your con and I'm here to let everyone know we finally have those things ready for you! Starting today you'll begin seeing those details available to peruse and be able to get acquainted with our new venue and all that we have in store for MCFC 2026! With a new venue comes new challenges, but also new opportunities and experiences! I, and the staff of MCFC, look forward to having all of you join us this year! Last year, Sandy Schreiber drew my D&D character, Sever the Harengon Ranger. This year, I commissioned her to draw another of my D&D characters, Raine the Fox Monk from The Delver's Guide to Beast World. Here we see an awesome action pose of the swift monk showing off his skill in combat. Coincidentally, he and Sever wound up crossing realms and fighting each other in one of our sessions since both are in games run by the same DM. It was rather surreal playing both my characters at once, rolling against myself :p
Another commission from #MCFC25, this is my fox Monk from #DnD, Sacha Raine. I play him in a Delver's Guide to Beast World campaign (love this setting, by the way. Check it out from @heartleafgames.bsky.social!)

Some of the image ideas I'd had of Silver stemmed from my love of hiking and exploring woodlands, since I grew up surrounded by southern pine forests. Thus, early on I've always envisioned him as a Ranger type, so that was the theme here as I commissioned Diana Stein. Sure enough, in this beautiful piece we see our gray-furred cervine hero taking a morning walk in the wilderness, completely in his element.

Fun fact: this alt-sona has actually been around longer than Arjuna! I came up with him a while back but never showed him publicly even though I've always loved deer.
