Email from the Dodgers help desk stating boba tea sealed with plastic film isn’t considered factory sealed

IMO boba sealed in a shop is factory sealed to me but noooo the Dodgers say otherwise.

We can, however, bring in drinks up to 1L per their site (and food!)
