Mega Scizor is a bipedal, insectoid pokemon with a red, metallic exoskeleton. It has gray, retractable forewings and hind wings with simple, curved venation. Its rounded head has three blunt horns extending above its forehead, a black armored crest, and eyes with blue irises. Scizor's thin, black neck connects to a black, teardrop-shaped patch on its thorax. Scizor has broad black armored shoulders and thin, segmented arms ending in large, serrated pincers, the lower halves being white and blue circles at their base. Scizor has a large, rounded abdomen with three black, chevron-shaped stripes extending from its waist down its front Scizor's legs resemble large, tapered spikes with white tips. This Mega Scizor stands against a blue background in a battle ready position, head down and standing with legs apart to appear sturdy. One of its pincers is opened, facing the viewer as if to say "bring it on."
