Lemon sugar cookies with a cup of tea and the cookbook
Stir-n-drip sugar cookies 2eggs 2/3 cup vegetable oil 2 tsp vanilla 1 tsp grated lemon rind. Whisk together wet ingredients then stir in 3/4 cup white sugar Sift in: 2 cups all purpose white flour 2 tsp baking POWDER 1/2 tsp salt I double the vanilla and add the juice of half a lemon as well Drop spoonfuls 2" apart, dust with white sugar, bake at 400 8-10 minutes

Tonight's #stressbaking was my Mom's favorite, which she called evil cookies because they're easy to eat too many of. Best with bitter tea.
Also the #ADHD kicks in and I always end up with a #megacookie.
