I have moderate ME. I can leave the house, but it takes planning, and at least a day to recover . I’m fortunate that I haven’t become severe yet, but it’s a constant worry. I hate that I am in a position to love this quote from the video “we’re sick, not tired”.

Kort en bondige animatie over de ziekte ME. En dan vooral met uitleg over één van de belangrijkste kenmerken: PEM, extreme reactie op inspanning die vertraagd optreedt (meestal 24-48 uur later). Wat mij betreft is dat het zwaarste aan deze ziekte. #MEmaand #MEmonth #PwithME
