Viewed from above, a dark pink/purple knitted hat which has a swoop of the ribbing going around the head, across the standard ribbing.

Same hat, face on. The swirliness is less visible, but you do get to see my face. Lucky you! I'm a white, fat guy with horn rimmed glasses and a faint moustache. I'm smiling into the camera.

Second finished project of 2025: the Swirly Rib Hat.

I didn't do this on purpose, I swear, but the cool swirl in the ribbing is best viewed from above; I think I've made the perfect hat for a wheelchair user to show off to standing folks!

Striped knitted cover on a very small hot water bottle. It's dark pink, denimy blue and white stripes, the remaining ball of yarn in those colours is in the top right corner.

The same hot as bottle in its cover, being held upright to show the edge of the cover sitting nicely hugging the lip of the bottle.

First completed knitting project of 2025! 🧶

Took me three goes to do the top, but it turned out ok in the end. First time with an i-cord bind off, which is a bit of a faff but not difficult. Looks good too, hugging the lip of the HWB.
