Julie Rotuno is the CEO of MidAtlantic Packaging, a second-generation leader, mother of two, and wife of an Air Force veteran. With a background in education, she is committed to mentoring teens interested in entrepreneurship.
Julie joined the family business after teaching, working her way up through nearly every department before becoming CEO. Guided by her parents' entrepreneurial spirit and mentored by her mother, she helped transform the company—shifting its focus from plain stock to custom packaging and establishing it as an industry leader.
Julie is a self-proclaimed “packaging nerd” with a mission to help businesses see packaging as an extension of their brand. Whether it’s a boutique startup or an established retailer, Julie emphasizes its role in branding, customer experience, and sustainability, consistently driving innovation at MidAtlantic Packaging.
