A long shot, but can anyone out there tell me what the poem was at the end of Maryam Tafakory's Razeh-del?

Through #MIFF2025 I've mainly posted about CO2 levels in the various cinemas my selected films screened at
But this is a @melbfilmfest.bsky.social appreciation post to say THANK YOU for another fabulous MIFF🙏
Massive thanks too, to the wonderful MIFF volunteers who do such a fantastic job🙏
Parasite Live in Concert, which ran for two shows at Hamer Hall as part of MIFF, was a treat for the senses. Read our 5 star review.

My top 10 #MIFF2025 films:
1. YOUNG MOTHERS
2. CUTTING THROUGH ROCKS
3. SHAM
4. THE CHRONOLOGY OF WATER
5. THE RIVALS OF AMZIAH KING
6. URCHIN
7. THE MASTERMIND
8. 1001 FRAMES
9. ZODIAC KILLER PROJECT
10. FIRST LIGHT
Without a doubt Takashi Miike’s most mature film to date, while also being one of his best that I’ve seen. It’s a superbly crafted and captivating RASHOMON style courtroom drama that truly grips you from beginning to end with its story. The entire cast were all great in their roles. 4.5/5 #MIFF2025
Even though it doesn’t do anything we haven’t seen before, actor Harris Dickerson’s directorial debut is still captivating, grounded, humorous and well crafted drama that definitely shows promise of him as a filmmaker. Frank Dillane gave a spellbinding performance in the lead role. 4/5 #MIFF2025
Yeah, I didn’t like this one at all. Despite being technically well made and having a solid cast, sadly this was a miserable slog of a film that’s overlong, repetitive and tedious. It definitely has some compelling themes at the centre of it, its approach to them felt rather hollow. 2/5 #MIFF2025
Very pleased to report that for my final #MIFF2025 screening of BEST MIFF SHORTS at The Forum, we had pretty decent ventilation
Cinema was betw 3/5 to 3/4 full (lots of latecomers so i couldn't quite tell) & CO2 levels kept betw 640-870 ppm
Hooray! 🙌
I’m not going to lie. I had expected this film to one thing when I went into, but it ended up was something I wasn’t expecting. Sadly, it didn’t anything for me. Even though it is well made and I appreciate what it was going for, its slow deliberate slow pace made it feel sluggish. 2.5/5 #MIFF2025
While I need to see it again before I fully process it, I still found Bi Gan’s is a visually stunning, dreamlike and genre-bending odyssey that definitely had me transfixed throughout its running time. Sure I have no idea what was going on half the time, it was a fascinating watch. 3.5/5 #MIFF2025
And just like that, MIFF is dine for me for another year. I had a great time, but the festival fatigue has really gotten to me the past few days. I’ll post up the rest of my reviews of the remaining films I saw tomorrow but until then, I’m going home to sleep 🤣 #MIFF2025

Bi Gan's Resurrection uses film-as-dream to tell a story about dreams-as-films. If you hate overly arty films you'll hate it too. If you loved Bi's earlier films Kaili Blues and Long Day's Journey Into Night, you will probably love this. I did. #MIFF2025

Really did not except Kristen Stewart’s directorial debut to be so captivating and brilliant. Definitely would not have seen if I knew the subject matter beforehand, but she dealt with trauma without any spectacle. I could barely leave my seat at the credits #MIFF2025

SANATORIUM UNDER THE SIGN OF THE HOURGLASS by the Brothers Quay was as enchanting & enigmatic as it was visually exquisite
Less charming was the awful ventilation at Hoyts 7. CO2 levels ranged between 2200-2640 ppm over the duration of the film (awful)

Today’s #MIFF2025 films, and my final ones for the year…
I spoke with a #MIFF2025 person & explained CO2 levels showing them the monitor reading & plot with 10mins of readings. They were receptive & said they'd speak with Hoyts staff
But i didn't get a chance to follow up
Might try again at my film there this arvo
As someone who liked Christian Petzold’s previous work, his latest didn’t do anything for me. While it’s well acted by its cast and I can what it going for with its themes, unfortunately it’s a rather predictable and emotionally stunted film whose characters/story don’t make sense. 2/5 #MIFF2025
