Mikeno gemisiyle Gazze ablukasını delen Türk kaptan Huzeyfe Küçükaytekin'in hikayesi Gazze’de 18 yıldır devam eden insanlık dışı ablukayı kırmayı başaran Sumud Filosu’na bağlı Mikeno teknesi, Gazze kıyılarına 7 mil, yani 1 saatten az mesafeye kadar ulaştı. “Mikeno” isimli gemi, katil İsrail’in tüm saldırılarına rağmen Gazze’ye uygulanan ablukayı kırdı ve adını tarihe altın harflerle yazdırdı. Mikeno gemisi tazyikli suyla engellenmeye çalışıldı; ancak kaptanın başarılı manevralarıyla Gazze kıyılarına ulaşmayı başardı. Kaptanlığını Brezilyalı balıkçı Joao Aguiar’ın yaptığı teknede Adnaan Stumo, Maria Zendre, Meryo Ema, Malezyalı oyuncu Ardell Aryana, Muhammed Huzeyfe Küçükaytekin ve Vegar Aasdal Svendsen yer alıyordu. Mikeno gemisindeki tek Türk vatandaşı Muhammed Huzeyfe Küçükaytekin’in yıllardır hem Filistin hem de dünyanın dört bir yanındaki mazlumlar için mücadele ettiği ortaya çıktı. Afrika başta olmak üzere birçok bölgede Batılı sivil toplum kuruluşlarıyla iş birliği yapan Küçükaytekin, insan hakları ve psikolojik destek projelerinde aktif rol aldı. Daha önce Mısır üzerinden Gazze’ye ulaşmayı hedefleyen Sumud Kara Filosu'na da katıldı; ancak gözaltına alınarak sınır dışı edildi. Sumud Filosu’na katılmadan önce umreye giderek Gazze ablukasının delinmesi ve mazlumların yardımına vesile olması için dua eden Küçükaytekin, hem manevi hem de fiili mücadeleyi bir arada yapıyor. Küçükaytekin, Mikeno’ya Bosna Hersek ve Türk bayrakları astı. Saraybosna Uluslararası Üniversitesi’nde akademisyen olarak çalışan Küçükaytekin, Medine İslam Üniversitesi’nde Şeriat ve İslam Hukuku eğitimi aldı.
