Taro Mille Crepe on a cake board. Mille Crepe is many layers of crepe with a cream in between each layer.

Tried steaming the taro again today and it was much more successful! Had issues making the crepes, but all in all it came together nicely! Sitting in the refrigerator and I can’t wait to taste it tomorrow. Film video just need to edit it

アンリ・シャルパンティエと同じシュゼットのブランドだそうです。
あのドトールのミルクレープも関根氏が監修したものなんですよ。

前回ノーマルな”はじまり”を頂いたので、今回は違うフレーバー、私はダブルショコラを頂きました。

クレープが本当に薄くて食感が良いんですよね。
