Drew this first in pencil then copied it B&W with a Fax Machine on beige cardstock to get a strange dithered look, & finally painted red on top.

A proof of concept mimeographed illustration using a fax machine with it's sensor taped down and the cartridge removed, riso stencil cut to A4 paper size taped to plain paper with Scotch tape (glossy side facing away from you), and cadmium red + ultramarine acrylic on orange construction paper.
Very happy about this ugly ass piece. It's a working proof of concept for a comic and homemade #mimeography using a modified fax machine, which would let me do #screenprinting on the go!!!
