50g of Oats
10g of mixed seeds
20g of dried fruit
5g of chopped roast hazelnuts
5g Chia seeds
150ml Oat Milk
Some jars also have a sprinkling of ground sweet cinnamon.

My #MixedNuts consists of three of the below.
10g Hazlenuts
10g Almonds
10g Pecans
10g Walnuts

Any mixed nuts compilation that contains more than 20% almonds is a fraud.
