Yesterday I got an email letting me know I am a certified #mindfulness #meditation teacher. It was an amazing two-year journey in #jackkornfield & #tarabrach 's #mmtcp. I'm grateful for all the learning & the capacity I now have to share the gifts of mindfulness in my community & beyond! #bskysangha
