An iconic vintage 1960s 70s handmade sterling silver and rock crystal quartz geometric modernist bracelet designed by Elis Kauppi for his workshop Kupitaan Kulta in Turku, Finland. Kauppi is one of the pioneers of the modernist design movement in Finland starting back in 1945 just after the Second World War! This bracelet design is perhaps one of his best known, and certainly one of his greatest! Measures 1-1/2" wide at top, fits up to a 7" wrist, and weighs 28.8 grams total. Marked inside band at bottom as shown with the Kupitaan Kulta workshop mark, also "925" for sterling silver, and "Finland". Excellent vintage condition.

An iconic vintage 1970s one of a kind handmade sterling silver and faceted citrine modernist cuff bracelet by the renowned Rachel Gera of Israel. An exceptional design from one of the best of the era! She was famous for the intricacy of her design and the construction that was the epitome of 1970s brutalist studio jewelry! Her jewelry was much sought-after and worn by some of the biggest celebrities of the era including Elizabeth Taylor and Peter Ustinov! This incredible bracelet is an irregular framework of criss-crossing bars on top of which are applied irregular shaped and sizes of domes. To one side is a large (approx 20 carats) oval bezel-set faceted citrine. I've seen rings by Gera in this design, but this is the first and only bracelet like this that I've seen in my 45+ year career! Super rare, and no doubt a one of a kind! Quite a statement on the wrist! Measures 1-3/4" wide and fits up to a 7-1/2" wrist. Weighs a super hefty 86.2 grams total. Marked as shown, "Handmade Gera Israel 925". Excellent vintage condition.
