Coming to the unoriginal conclusion that Virginia Woolf's short stories are among her most compelling works. I picked this up having read Forster's essay on Mrs Dalloway (on its centenary). Some of the stories refer back to the Westminster setting of that book. #VirginaWoolf #modernwasm
