After 30 years of ownership, today we are closing on the sale of our first home and ADU cottage in Salida, CO. The cottage was mining cabin, and was moved down the mountain from Monarch in the late 40's. I'm going to miss this cute little place. #colorado #monarchco #salidaco #rockymountains
