But if I don’t wear them it sounds like my ears are stuffed with cotton and I can’t hear the birds. So when I wear them I feel constrained and when I don’t I feellikd I don’t fully exist. It’s a source of great frustration & sadness. #hardofhearing #monohearing #hearingproblems #hesringloss
