I just found out today (August 9th) that today is the 80th anniversary of the Moomins.
I don't have any drawings to celebrate it, just this one from July 27th, I'm sorry😓
📅 Today is #MoominsDay and Tove Jansson's birthday so, to celebrate, here's a short thread about that time Hayao Miyazaki pissed off the Finnish writer so much that her complaints led to the cancellation of the first Moomin anime. Here we go!
