The entire artwork is a reference to the Confusion Ending from the Stanley Parable. The yellow line is a reference to the Adventure Line, which appears in said ending.

Ah, that Caine...he must be devising yet another wacky adventure.

And this time, he seems to have dragged Pomni along into his plans!
