Josh Greenbaum (Strays) will direct and produce alongside Brian Grazer and Jeb Brody with Kevin Salter, Adam Merims, Samit, and Hernandez executive producing. The film is slated to release in theaters in 2027. I was a bit surprised to learn that the film would receive a theatrical release. That’s not necessarily a given these days especially for a spoof comedy that will rely, at least in part, on nostalgia.
