Here is a NEJM report of a death likely from vaccine myocarditis during the pandemic. Causation is really challenging btw and hinges on possible other causes as well as plausible mechanism. But if you get myocarditis shortly after your second dose and end up dying it is extremely likely this was due to the Covid vaccine.
