An original digital illustration by Loadofolbobbins of a Buff Ermine moth. Facing side on to the view in a mid flight pose with wings flapping downwards. This moth, like the name suggests is buff in colour, a light creamy yellow brown tone. This colouring extends across both wings, fluffy upper body, head and underside. The upper part of the lower abdomen is a slightly richer and darker buff tone with dark black brown splodges running down the side and centre. There are also some small black splodges dotted on the upper wings. It has long thin greyish antennae and a dark compound eye. The background of the image is white with a light shadow being cast underneath the moth.
