Two poached eggs on bacon on French toast with a side of spinach leaves and mushrooms, drizzled with Hollandaise. There is a vast yawing gap where two sausages could have gone. Seriously what was he thinking?

I feel like I missed a trick. So much space for a chorizo or two that would have really rounded out an otherwise excellent eggs benny.
