I'm turning Monday into a Friday by whipping up my favorite dish, ginisang munggo. Words can't describe how I love it so much. But it is strange that it turns out I make it only once a year.

It's been a minute since I made ginisang munggo or mung beans. Since traditionally it's served on a Friday I decided to cook it, and it's my favorite.

Aside from mung beans it has smoked fish, chicharon, bitter gourd leaves, onions, tomatoes, and garlic.
