Marvin and Moore banter, brawl and blow things up in this overlong, tonally-unbalanced, poor man's #TheAfricanQueen or #MurphysWar where the stakes feel low and what I'll politely call "dated elements" are pretty prevalent. It's not much fun, frankly.
