In the end I did hear Farsi talk on 837 a bit later, just as weak as the CNR5 snippet below...

MWLIST also lists them from a small, 10kW relay in Khur. Offset I measured is 836.9996, really likely .9992 - doesn't match the .996 one listed for Esfahan/Habibabad 400kW unit!

BBC Radio 5 Live is almost COMPLETELY KNOCKED OUT on 909 kHz, uncovering IRIB Radio Kerman, Sirjan, 150kW @ 3715km. Offset 908.9617 acc. to my SDR, probably more like .9613 really.
