#FocalSeizures – Start in one brain area. Can be aware (simple partial) or impaired (complex partial).

Generalized seizures – Affect both sides of the brain. Includes:
🔹 #Tonic-clonic (convulsions)
🔹 Absence (blank stare)
🔹 #Myoclonic (jerks)
🔹 #Atonic (drop attacks)

I have jme= juvenile #myoclonic epilepsy. My #neurologists never would suggest that. Not sure if it's their preference, but never had a Dr suggest it.
