A cluster of waxy elongated flowers that are green at the base, turning pink near the tips.
A small plant with waxy leaves that are green on the top and purple beneath, with roots emerging into the air from the stems. Some leaves are large and swollen with holes leading to the interior.
Here are two myrmecophilous Dischidia that are growing nicely at the moment - Nice blooms from D. platyphilla, a shingling species - and D. pectenoides produces lovely bullate leaves (w/ nice mauve highlights!) that would host ants in the wild.
