Pt admitted w/diarrhea and abdom. pain. Took loperamide at home, got 1 dose inpatient. Diarrhea ended. sCr ⬆️ in 3 days. Foley in, #AKI “cured” next day. @OchsnerNephro fellow Cesar Hernández @cesarfha brings up urinary retention 2/2 loperamide. Confounder: BPH #nephrourology
