#VintageSci-fi #NightoftheBloodBeast is an early #RogerCoreman B-movie with some surprisingly good points. It’s rough, don’t get me wrong, but it has the male pregnancy horror of Alien and a morally vague ending where you’re not quite sure who was actually right.
Still from NIGHT OF THE BLOOD BEAST of the title monster bursting into the room of a radio base. It kind of looks like a parrot lizard man made out of dried mud and roots.
The first full reveal of the monster is genuinely great.
The suit is not great, even as Corman beasties go, but the way it bursts into the room--after a cue from its human host--is striking.
Though the other humans emptying their guns into it becomes immediately hilarious.
