PSNI chief reveals officer sacked over 'offensive messages' is fourth dismissal in recent months Chief Constable Jon Boutcher has said there is “no excuse” for “damaging and unprofessional behaviour” after a police officer was dismissed for sending “highly inappropriate and offensive messages”.

Why would anyone want PSNI at Pride? 10 PSNI officers were associated with these 'sectarian, racist, homophobic, anti-Semitic, misogynistic and sexualised’ messages. Only one out of the 10 reported them.

Cops at the first pride. When I say no cops at pride, I mean it is it’s like inviting your toxic abusive ex to your wedding to celebrate you after you barely survived the relationship keep cops outside of the festivals and outside of the parades. #nocopsatpride

I'm sorry but there's certain things kids shouldn't see at Pride. When impressionable lgbtq kids see gay bankers and cops flaunting their lifestyle at the parade, they get the wrong idea that queer liberation is possible within capitalism. I would hate for my child to go to Pride and think that growing up to be a cop is ok
