A white bowl with fried gyoza dumplings on a bed of sliced cucumber and chopped beets. Everything is drizzled in a dark brown black bean sauce. There is a fork tucked into the bowl on the right side.

Proud of this one.

I was craving gyozas but I was starving (and didn’t want to over eat) so I made this a volume meal with beets and cucumbers drizzled with thinned black bean sauce.
