How to Eat MORE and Lose Fat: The Volume Eating Strategy Is your "healthy" protein bar actually the reason you can't get shredded? Here is the uncomfortable truth about getting ripped: The leaner you get, the harder your body fights back. In this episode, we expose the physiological and psychological war zone of extreme fat loss. If you are stuck on those last 5 pounds or constantly battling intense hunger pangs, this episode is your survival guide. We are taking a sledgehammer to the concept of "Protein Slop"—those highly processed, addictive "fitness snacks" that trigger overeating and keep you fat. Instead, we break down the science of High-Volume Eating. We teach you how to hack your satiety signals by replacing calorie-dense junk with water-rich whole foods that physically stretch your stomach without wrecking your calorie deficit. This isn't just about food; it's about mental warfare. We discuss why discipline and automating your decisions are the only ways to survive the "hunger games" of a cutting phase. In this episode, we cover: - The "Protein Slop" Trap: Why processed protein snacks destroy your satiety. - Volume Eating 101: How to eat more food while losing weight. - The Hunger Curve: Understanding why dieting gets exponentially harder the longer you do it. - Optimization Tactics: Using intermittent fasting and calorie tracking to bulletproof your routine. - The Ripped Reality: The mental cost of achieving extreme physical definition. 🔊 Listen now to master your hunger and finally reveal the physique you’ve been working for. A white bowl with fried gyoza dumplings on a bed of sliced cucumber and chopped beets. Everything is drizzled in a dark brown black bean sauce. There is a fork tucked into the bowl on the right side.

Proud of this one.

I was craving gyozas but I was starving (and didn’t want to over eat) so I made this a volume meal with beets and cucumbers drizzled with thinned black bean sauce.

424 calories and divinely satisfying.

BAS (big ass salad) FTW (for the win)! Romaine, mixed greens, broccoli slaw, yellow and red peppers, green onions, tomatoes beet straws and flank steak with a creamy vinaigrette. Yum! #dinner #gymsky #nutrition #volumeeating

What did you have for brekkie? I made a smoked salmon, sautéed veggie scramble with cottage cheese. It didn’t suck! #gymsky #volumeeating #health #foodsky #food
