Norman Rockefeller character "Speaks At Meetings" is standing on top of a bunch of bones, holing one skull in one hand and another rather large sized human skeleton - maybe a basketball player, is sitting with its skull under his hand. He is speaking his truth, also behind him on the blue background you can see the inverted triangle logo of Illuminati Ganga.

I especially like the episode in which the only person left alive after the President starts a Nuclear War to fix some narcissistic crisis tries to give pithy quotes at town hall meetings but it just isn't the same anymore.
